Michael is passionate about coming alongside men to coach them in living impassioned missional lives, deeply connected to our Creator. His style of mentoring encourages and empowers, coaches and mobilizes workers to do ministry, overcoming obstacles and promoting healthy balanced living. He is optimistic and energizing yet not afraid to acknowledge and heal wounds and patterns that might hinder a life fully devoted to God.
